Marijuana should be recreationally legal. The effects marijuana has on the health of humans is not any worse than the effects alcohol, cigarettes, and other legal recreational stimulants. Marijuana has been proven to be beneficial for human health and is used for medicinal purposes currently. At one point in history alcohol was illegal but the government came to their senses and legalized it even though science said it was unhealthy.
