After reading “How These 4 Different Personality Types Find Motivation” by Stephanie Vozza I have come to the conclusion I am an upholder. As an upholder I love schedules, guidelines, and organization. My day is set before I even wake up. I have no trouble making time to fulfill my tasks for the day or meeting a deadline. I struggle in areas where there are no clarity, I need vivid instructions and thorough explanation. I am going to do very well in this class. My teacher is very specific and has all info posted online for me to refer to. I am not afraid to ask questions when needed.
